Please join us on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024 at 1:30 PM ET for a special ZOOM event in honor of Owain Glyndwr Day, at no cost to members and friends of WSWNE.

We’ll start at 1:30 PM ET with some social time for introductions of new and old friends. Everyone is invited to have wine, cheese, and other tidbits at home while relaxing with us on ZOOM.

Hosting our Zoom event is WSWNE Board member Margaret Korhonen, with technical support provided by Wayne Korhonen.

Susan Davies Sit and Susan Meers will join us from Wales and will begin our program with a few words about their travels.

At 2:00 PM ET, the event will feature a live presentation, direct from Wales, by Gareth W. Jones, M.A., Secretary of the Owain Glyndwr Society / Cymdeithas Owain Glyndwr in Wales and runs their Facebook page.

Gareth, who lives in Coety, South Wales, will speak on the topic “Owain Glyndwr and His Uprising”. It will include photos, maps, etc. and be followed by time for questions..
